How do I know my order has actually gone through?Updated a year ago
There are three ways you can use to double-check.
- If, once your order is complete, you receive an order number on the screen.
- You will be sent a confirmation email of your order. (If you can’t find it, check your Junk folder as it might be hiding in there.)
- If you log in to your account, the order will show with the status ‘Unfulfilled’

Please make sure to include your email address used for ordering, your shipping name and address and we'll do our best to locate it for you, we've all been on the wrong end of a misspelt email address once or twice!
